Orders & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST for Australian customers and VAT for orders to the United Kingdom and European Union. Prices for the United States and other international destinations are exclusive of sales tax and may be subject to import duties or fees.
We take care to ensure accuracy in product information, pricing, and availability. However, in the event of an error or if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we reserve the right to correct, cancel, or refund your order as appropriate.
Payment & Security
Payments are processed securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways. We do not store full card details. By placing an order, you confirm you are the authorised cardholder or account holder for the payment method used.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping details are available in our Delivery & Returns section. We work with trusted carriers, including Australia Post for domestic deliveries and DHL Express for international shipments.
Once an order is dispatched, risk passes to you upon delivery, or where Authority to Leave is selected, upon confirmed drop-off by the carrier. Signature on delivery is standard practice to preserve the integrity of your purchase.
Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a suitable remedy, including repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the concern.
Returns & Exchanges
Please see our Delivery & Returns section for full details. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused products in original condition and packaging. Opened or used products (unless faulty) and items purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for return.
