Complimentary Shipping

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders. All Australian prices include GST.

Internationally, we extend the same courtesy on our full-size products and Masterpiece Collections — because elevated skincare deserves an equally refined delivery experience.

  • United States — Complimentary shipping on full-size products and Masterpiece Collections. Prices are exclusive of sales tax.
  • United Kingdom & European Union — Complimentary shipping on full-size products and Masterpiece Collections. Prices include VAT, with duties fully managed so your parcel arrives without delays or additional fees.
  • All other destinations — Shipping is calculated at checkout for Discovery Editions, accessories, or single products.

Express Upgrade

For moments when anticipation wins — an express option is available at checkout. This premium service ensures priority dispatch and accelerated delivery, both within Australia and abroad.

A simple, transparent flat fee applies:

  • Australia AUD $15
  • United States USD $25
  • United Kingdom GBP £15
  • European Union EUR €20

Authority to Leave

You may select Authority to Leave (ATL) at checkout. Your parcel will be placed safely at your address without requiring a signature. Once delivery is confirmed by our courier, responsibility transfers to you.

If you prefer a signature on arrival, simply deselect this option.

  • Australia (Standard) — 2 to 6 business days
  • Australia (Express) — 1 to 3 business days
  • International (Standard) — delivery times vary by destination
  • International (Express) — priority transit via global courier partners

Delivery timeframes are carrier guidelines and may vary due to local conditions, peak periods, or customs processing.

Duties & Taxes

We believe luxury should feel effortless.

United Kingdom & European Union: all duties and taxes are included — orders arrive Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

United States & other regions: prices exclude local sales tax; duties or import fees may apply in accordance with local regulations.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are crafted for devotion — but if something isn’t quite right, we will ensure a seamless resolution.

  • Change of Mind — Returns accepted within 30 days for unopened, unused items in original condition.
  • Faults or Damage — If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact info@ARQEglobal.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund per Australian Consumer Law.
  • Exclusions — Opened or used items (unless faulty), gift cards, and purchases via third-party retailers.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method after inspection.
