Ordering & Payment
Your order begins its journey the moment it is confirmed. You will receive an email acknowledgement as soon as your purchase is complete, followed by a dispatch confirmation once it has left our atelier.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. We accept major credit and debit cards, along with digital payment methods supported by Shopify’s secure network. ARQÉ does not store full card details, and every transaction is protected by PCI-compliant technology.
Shipping & Delivery
Every parcel is prepared with reverence — wrapped, sealed, and entrusted to our delivery partners. We offer complimentary standard shipping across Australia and on all full-size products and Masterpiece Collections worldwide. For those who wish to receive their order sooner, our Express Upgrade is available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link. This link will guide you through each refined milestone — from preparation to delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope every ARQÉ creation becomes part of your ritual. Should you wish to return an item, we accept unopened and unused products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. If a product is damaged or faulty, our team will arrange a prompt replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Fragrance Philosophy Every ARQÉ product is designed with intention — to complement, never compete with the purity of your skin. Our Hydrate Serum is available in two editions: Signature (fragranced) and Pure (fragrance-free), allowing you to select your preferred ritual. All other ARQÉ formulations are fragrance-free, designed for universal compatibility and sensitivity.
Ethical Formulation ARQÉ does not test on animals and works only with partners who share our commitment to ethical, responsible formulation.
Ingredient Safety Our Advance A+ Oil contains Vitamin A derivatives and is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please review all product usage instructions carefully before use.
Sustainability

Wherever possible, ARQÉ chooses materials that can be recycled or sourced responsibly — including glass vessels, paper-based cartons, and reusable timber components. We continue to refine our practices to reduce environmental impact while preserving the artistry, protection, and sensory experience that define the ARQÉ aesthetic.
